Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate wear cannot be returned if opened or worn.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
